1. Online Methods : We accept all kinds of online payments made through debit card, credit card and net banking. All of these transactions including Visa, MasterCard and American Express use an online payment gateway system to process your transactions safely and securely. This enables the security of your card details as the details are directly passed on through the payment gateway without including us in on the personal details. 1.1 : Online Card Payments : All the payments made through Visa, MasterCard or American Express cards after passing through a payment gateway shall generate an authorization code (initiated by the bank in approx. 25-30 seconds) using the payment gateway and also provide a confirmation on the completion of the transaction. The gateway system uses a 128 bit encryption technology to keep your card information safe and an alternate of SSL encryption can also be used to make bookings online using cards. We assure you that we take care of your privacy and personal details and utmost care is taken to provide you with highest standards of security available and give you a safe and secure online booking experience. If payment on the credit card is declined for some technical or other issues, the payment needs to be remade to confirm the bookings and have a good experience. 1.2 : Internet Banking : Net banking automatically debits the amount from your bank account registered for Internet banking. If you have an account in any of the nationalized banks in the country and is registered for Internet banking services, you can pay using the net banking option where the payment is made through a secure payment gateway which maintains the safety and security of your details. All the processed payments are secured. 2. Offline Method : This method is also called post payment method wherein you can make a booking in advance and pay the money physically at the destination. With some of our partner hotels and destinations, the option to book offline is available where the payment can be made on the spot via cash. This allows the customers to pay directly at the reception during check-in.
During the booking process, although selections are locked and booked, but it is very important to maintain a proof of your transaction which ensures your entitlement to the booking made. After selection of your payment method and payment, in case of online payments, you shall receive a transaction summary which confirms your payment, either successful or unsuccessful. In case of an offline payment method, a transaction slip is generated with all the transaction details and the amount which needs to be paid. Do not take any action based on the website without a transaction confirmation. The confirmation is generated on the website itself and a confirmation email also sent to your inbox. This is a valid slip. Many times, the confirmation email is sent to you ‘Spam’ or ‘Junk’ folder which leads to misplaced transaction details, so please check the same for further communication. In case you have still not received the confirmation, contact our customer care for support and assistance.
Delivery of Product/Services
After the booking process has been initiated and the transaction is approved, you get a confirmation regarding the
successful booking and payment. Once this is done, you will receive an e-booking with the details of your booking including
the location, time, date and amount. This e-booking needs to be presented at the destined hotel to check-in to your rooms.
The details of the e-booking will be communicated to via e-mail which can either be printed or can be shown using a smart
phone or tablet. Please be careful while filling in your e-mail address and phone number as it is the main medium of
communication regarding your stay.
In case you do not receive the e-mail with the details, please contact our customer care for further help within the next 8 hours. We shall not be liable for any losses incurred if the customer fails to meet the above requirement in the prescribed time frame.
At the time of booking, even if you selected offline payment methods of payment, you will still receive an e-booking with the details which will be required to make the payment at the time of check-in. Please keep this e-mail safe and secure. In case of any discrepancies please check with our customer care and make sure that all the details provided at the time of reservation are precise and match with your identity cards.
In case of flight bookings, you will receive an e-ticket which mentions all the details of the booking including personal details, time and date of departure as well as the class. The e-ticket will be communicated to you via e-mail and a printout of the same is necessary to get into the airport. It is necessary to make sure that you receive your copy of the e-ticket. Please check your spam and junk folders for the communication. In case of failure to receive the same, get in touch with our customer care representative at the given numbers.
To get the boarding pass from the airline at the airport, it is mandatory to show them the e-ticket with all the details on it. It acts as a normal plane ticket which further gives access to boarding formalities for the flight.
Amendment and Cancellation Policy
In case of changed plans if you wish to make a cancellation, several things need to be kept in mind. We have hotel partners
who allow cancellation of booking without any extra charges while some of the partners will cut a small fee as the cancellation
charges. At times, while booking, it is clearly mentioned whether the booking is refundable or not. In case the booking is non
-refundable, you will not get any refund for the booking including all the charges.
To cancel your flight tickets you will need to access your bookings and make the desired changes there. In addition to flight cancellation charges that the airlines charge, our cancellation charges are an additional Rs.300 which will be deducted from the total booking amount. These charges vary from international and domestic flights and in case of any confusion you can reach out to our customer care number who will guide you with the cancellation process.
To reschedule your flight, you will need to access your bookings and make the necessary changes. You can also contact our customer care who will guide you with the rescheduling process for any flight. There are additional charges for rescheduling your flight along with the fee that airlines charge.
Within 90 days, you will have to make an external request for any refunds for air travel or hotel bookings from the date of
travel/stay. After 90 days, all the amount pending will be deemed forfeited and the user shall no longer be liable for any
The usual processing time for the refund is 15-20 days from the date of cancellation request. In case of a card payment, through Visa, MasterCard or American express, the refunded amount shall be refunded to your card. Any other forms of payment shall be refunded via cheque within 30 days from the date of receipt.
All the refunds are subject to the parties involved i.e airline providers/ hotel partners. At the time of cancellation, convenience fee which was added is no refundable.
